If you provide your own content: the 48-hour countdown begins after we review and upload all your texts and good-quality images.

If we generate the content: first we run a discovery, extract the key points and approve the structure. The 48-hour build timer starts right after you say “Yes, the structure and texts are approved.”

We work at high speed, so endless rounds of approvals don’t fit here. The price includes exactly 1 round of revisions.

When we present the finished site, you have 2 hours (within business hours, 9 AM–7 PM) to collect all your notes into a single list and send them to us. We’ll apply the changes quickly. Any edits sent later or in pieces are billed separately at standard rates.

No. We reserve the team and start work only after payment is received. The payment link or invoice is valid for 3 days. If you don’t pay in time, the request is cancelled and the project must be re-created at the prices current at that moment.

Yes, within 14 days of payment you can request a refund, but only if we haven’t started work yet (no discovery, no structure, no servers reserved).

A fixed 15% of the payment is withheld — these are our actual incurred costs (taxes and payment-processor fees that are not refunded to us). If work has already started, a refund is not possible.

Since our specialists have already booked the time and run the discovery, the service is considered paid and delivered. Refunds do not apply in this case.

But we don’t abandon the project: we deploy the current version of the site to independent hosting, pay for the first month ourselves, and hand over all keys, access and instructions. You can connect the domain and launch the site yourself whenever you’re ready.

We deliver a fully finished site on hosting. If you prefer to register the domain yourself, we’ll provide the exact technical settings (NS records and server IP). Responsibility for buying, renewing and correctly pointing the domain in your registrar’s dashboard rests entirely with you.

We pay for hosting for the first month only. All renewal notices go to your email directly from the hosting provider. Please keep an eye on your balance: if you don’t renew hosting in time, the site goes offline, and we are not responsible for the safety of its files and data.

Yes — after handover you become the full and sole owner of the site and can change any content. Note, however, that serious changes to structure or functionality may require coding knowledge. If you make edits yourself and the site “breaks,” we can restore it only as a separate paid service.
